1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33vmw online betting and casino platform, including all related services, features, content, and functionality made available at 33vmw.io and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, 33vmw services are intended for individual end-users only; commercial intermediaries, agents, and automated operators are not permitted to use the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. 33vmw recommends that all players review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the 33vmw Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual, for your own personal use and entertainment only.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 33vmw account under any other name, email address, or payment method.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 33vmw Platform for any reason.
• You are of sound mind and not accessing the Platform under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

33vmw reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending verification.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 33vmw is lawful in your jurisdiction. 33vmw does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in every location from which it can be technically accessed. Players based in Bangladesh are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations relating to online gambling and sports betting.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Process

To access the full range of 33vmw services, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information about yourself during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 33vmw Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 33vmw reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonus winnings, and confiscate any balance across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33vmw account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify 33vmw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 33vmw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

33vmw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account for additional security. This option is available directly within your account dashboard settings.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

33vmw implements a proportionate KYC process to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required

Until KYC verification is complete, 33vmw may impose restrictions on withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or maximum bet limits. KYC documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

33vmw accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at the displayed rate with no conversion fees applied by 33vmw. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider, if any, are your own responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification status and the payment method used. Deposits are credited to your 33vmw account balance in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. 33vmw is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete.

33vmw reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse of bonuses, or incomplete KYC verification. Where a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your 33vmw account balance.

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 33vmw are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 33vmw. Players are responsible for any currency conversion or cross-border fees that their bank or payment provider may independently charge.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33vmw offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 33vmw reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 33vmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or using low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 33vmw are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 33vmw:

Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets are accepted at 33vmw's sole discretion. 33vmw reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including where: (a) the bet was placed after the event has already concluded; (b) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (d) the maximum liability threshold for the event has been reached.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within a specified time window. Void bets return the original stake to your account balance. 33vmw's decision on void bets is final.

Cricket Betting

Cricket is the primary sport on the 33vmw sportsbook. Coverage includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, international ODIs, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Specific cricket market rules — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments for rain-affected matches, over-reduction rules, and retirement rules — are published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform. In-play betting markets are subject to delayed feed conditions and may be suspended during live action at 33vmw's discretion.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per event, per day, and per market type are subject to the limits published in the sportsbook rules. These limits are applied at the time of bet settlement and may vary by sport, market, and event significance. Where a player's winnings would exceed the applicable maximum, settlement will be capped at that maximum and the excess will not be paid.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, slots, and crash games available on the 33vmw Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to its own specific rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules provided by the game studio shall govern for that game.

Random Number Generation

All non-live slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios. 33vmw does not alter or influence the RNG process. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the game information panel.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, 33vmw will endeavour to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to 33vmw's systems, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 33vmw is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections on the player's end, including poor internet connectivity, device failures, or mobile network interruptions.

Game Restrictions

Certain game titles or studios may be restricted or unavailable to players in specific regions due to content licensing agreements. 33vmw does not guarantee that all listed game titles will be available to every player at all times. Game availability may change without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

33vmw is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all players. The Platform incorporates a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available directly within every player's account dashboard, without the need to contact customer support.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Session Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a specified session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33vmw Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Creating or operating more than one 33vmw account
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 33vmw account
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or 33vmw staff
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the Platform
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or defaming 33vmw staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or proprietary systems

33vmw employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in the detection and investigation of prohibited conduct.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33vmw Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, software, game interfaces, text content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33vmw or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use 33vmw's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent; or (d) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service.

Any unauthorised use of 33vmw intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law. 33vmw reserves all rights not expressly granted in this section.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33vmw and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account balance due to unauthorised access, or any interruption or suspension of services.

33vmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33vmw does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond 33vmw's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or telecommunications network outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33vmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by 33vmw's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

33vmw collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 33vmw includes registration information, KYC verification documents, payment transaction records, betting and game history, device and session data, and communications with customer support. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised communications.

33vmw does not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or marketing organisations. Data may be shared with payment processors, game studios, identity verification partners, and law enforcement authorities where legally required. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and conducted in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

33vmw reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons including changes to applicable law, new product features, changes to payment infrastructure, or updates to responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 33vmw will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 33vmw support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance and the closure of your account before the amended Terms take effect.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

You may close your 33vmw account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available balance. Accounts subject to active KYC reviews or fraud investigations may not be immediately closeable; in such cases, funds will be held pending the completion of the investigation.

Termination by 33vmw

33vmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is identified; (c) KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period; (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in 33vmw's dormant account policy; or (e) 33vmw is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed by 33vmw for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any available and verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 33vmw arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 33vmw customer support. 33vmw will use its reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve your complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests.

You acknowledge that 33vmw's decisions on bet settlements, account actions, and bonus eligibility are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Any challenge to a bet settlement or bonus forfeiture decision must be raised with 33vmw support within 30 days of the relevant event.
